This hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the vibrant city center. With easy access to main interests points and dozens of excellent restaurants, you will never be bored. the rooms are well-maintained with very comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, and nice Rainwater shower heads. You'll also love the peaceful water sculpture in the courtyard, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The room cleaning service could be improved.

We had a great stay in the heart of this charming city. Best aspects were the convenient location right in the city center, making it easy for us to walk around and explore. Cleanliness was also top-notch, and the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was accommodating and knowledgeable, speaking both English and Spanish.
Everything was fantastic, and we had no negative experiences during our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience the best of this city.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Real in Tehuacan. The location was excellent, with stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and spoke English, making communication easy. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and quiet at night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful Courtyard and Nice Breakfast the courtyard was lovely and well-kept with nice fountains. It was certainly the best aspect of the hotel. the breakfast was also good with a wide range of options to choose from, including waffles and fresh fruit. It was conveniently located near the center of town, making it easy to find good restaurants and shops in the area.
This is clearly a serious issue that needs to be addressed by the hotel staff.

Great location! Close to shopping and restaurants and an easy walk to the town square. The rooms were comfortable, and the showers were exceptional, with a rain showerhead. , the breakfast was delicious with both a menu and buffet option.
During my stay, there were issues with unauthorized credit card charges. Be very careful when using your card at this hotel.
